Refund Terms
If a shipment gets lost, stolen, or goes missing somehow, Dank Friends Online will offer the option for a one-time reshipment (RESHIPMENT LIMIT $125). This offer is valid once for each customer. If you are ordering more than $125 worth of product and feel nervous about losing a package, please break up your shipments into smaller quantities.
A customer will only qualify for a refund if the order wasn’t received in full, and 7 or more business days have elapsed since the original committed delivery date. If an order is incomplete, please contact us about a refund or free reshipment of replacement products.
Dank Friends Online will review all cases in the order that they are received. This review will under normal conditions take 7-10 business days.
Note: ALL RESHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT SIGNATURE-REQUIRED.
Take a photo of the packaging materials and the packages.
Take a clear photo of the packing slip without any obstruction. If the photo sent is not legible, you may be asked to retake photos, so make sure we can read it the first time. We reserve the right to not process claims with no packing slip.
